HOW TO ENTER:  To enter, please write an essay in 150 words or less based on the topic “What America Means to Me”.  Complete your essay, include your name, age, grade, address, and school name and mail in first-class stamped envelope to: Get R.E.A.L. with KB Toys, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., P.O. Box 6789, Stamford, CT 06904.  To enter online, go to www.wwe.com, fill out the online entry form, type in your essay where indicated and click “enter.” Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 9/30/04, when the contest ends and received by 10/7/04.  Online entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. (ET) on 9/1/04 and 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 9/30/04.  All other forms of Internet or e-mail entry void.  Limit one (1) essay and entry form per person via any method.  Select entries will be posted on www.wwe.com throughout the promotional period.  Posting does not indicate that an entry is a winner.

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION:  Contest open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), who are at least 13 years of age, but under 21 years of age, except employees (and their immediate families —meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses—and those living in their same household) of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor”), KB Toys (US), Inc. (“KB Toys”), JAKKS Pacific, Inc., their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, franchisees, promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the contest development or execution. (Online entrants must have Internet access as of 9/1/04.) By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules.  Contest subject to all Federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

VALIDATIONS:  Contest materials are void if illegible or if forged or tampered with, or if they contain printing, mechanical or other errors. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor, its agencies, and KB Toys are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software transmissions or technical failures, incomplete, delayed or garbled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, human or otherwise, or whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming utilized in this Contest.  Sponsor, its agencies and KB Toys are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due, misdirected, mutilated or late mail entries.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest for any reason. Essays must be the original work of the entrant and must never have been published.  They may not violate the publicity, privacy or any other proprietary rights of any person or entity.  All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and KB Toys and none will be returned. By entering, entrants give Sponsor and KB Toys the right to post any essay on their respective web sites and in stores. Essays may be edited and published or otherwise used, in whole or in part, in any and all media for any and all purposes, including advertising and promotion.  In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized e-mail account holder, which is defined for these Rules as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:  Three (3) grand prize winners will be selected, one in each of the following categories – 13 -15 years old, 16-17 years old and 18-20 years old. Winners will be selected by a committee of World Wrestling Entertainment and KB Toys employees based on the following criteria, which will be weighed equally: (i) originality; (ii) creativity; and (iii) quality of writing.  Any entries containing words that are not appropriate for publication by WWE or KB Toys will be disqualified. All decisions made by the judges are final and not subject to appeal.  Winners will be notified by mail on or about 11/1/04.  If any winner cannot be contacted within one week of selection, an alternate winner may be chosen. Winning entries will be posted on www.wwe.com.

PRIZES:  1. Three (3) Grand Prizes:  Each Grand Prize consists of a visit to winner’s school/college by a selected WWE Superstar for a Get R.E.A.L. assembly and a $2,500 donation on behalf of the winner to their school/college.  Sponsor will work with winner’s school/college to set up the assembly.

If the winner’s school/college does not want to host a Get R.E.A.L. assembly, or if the winner is not a student in any educational facility, Sponsor will make arrangements for the winner and three (3) guests to meet a WWE Superstar, the winner will be asked to choose a charity (which may or may not be his/her school/college) and WWE will arrange for a $2,500 donation to be made to the winner’s charity of choice.  If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one of the three (3) guests must be the minor winner’s parent or legal guardian.

Approximate retail value of each prize is $3,500.00 (actual retail value will depend on which WWE Superstar is selected by the Sponsor, distance traveled by Superstar, and, if applicable, travel arrangements for the winner and three (3) guests to meet the WWE Superstar, and, if a winner’s school is unwilling to host assembly).  Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable as cash.  No substitutions except by Sponsor at Sponsor’s discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  All Federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of winners.  By participating in this Contest, entrants and winners release World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., KB Toys (US), Inc. and JAKKS Pacific, Inc., and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, shareholders, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and all others associated with the development or execution of this Contest from any and all liability in any way arising from this Contest, Contest-related activities, and/or the receipt, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Contest.  Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use a winner's name and hometown on WWE websites and to use a winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice and/or submitted essay for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.  Each winner, and the parent or legal guardian of any winner who is a minor in his/hers state of residence, will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability (and where not prohibited by law) Publicity Release.  Each guest of winner, and the parent or legal guardian of any guest who is a minor in his/her state of residence, also will be required to sign a Liability, and where not prohibited by law,  Publicity Release.

MISCELLANEOUS:  Participants agree that this Contest is governed solely by United States law.  Any claims arising out of the Contest shall be governed solely by United States law and may be brought only in a Federal or state court in Connecticut.  If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
