1. HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at http://sponsors.wwe.com/hellboy/index.html by filling out the online entry form and clicking "enter," Online entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. (ET) on March 15, 2004, when sweepstakes begins, and no later than 11:59 p.m. (ET) on April 4, 2004 when sweepstakes ends. Only one entry per person, per unique email address.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (this excludes Alaska and Hawaii), who are (13) years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees (and their immediate families -- meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. ("WWE"), Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Revolution Studios Distribution Company LLC, their respective affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes' development or execution. Online entrants must have Internet access as of March 15, 2004.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER: One potential winner shall be selected at random from all eligible entries, on or about April 7, 2004 by WWE whose decision is final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) days, or in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, or should potential winner be unavailable or unwilling to travel on the days specified by WWE, that prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

4. PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to a future movie premiere (exact movie, date, & location subject to discretion of WWE, but the movie rating will be PG or PG-13) with a WWE superstar (superstar subject to sole discretion of WWE and subject to change). Grand Prize Winner will also receive a Hellboy prize package consisting of a Hellboy t-shirt, hat, & poster, as well as a WWE prize package consisting of a WWE t-shirt, hat, & DVD. (Identity and availability of all prize package items subject to sponsor's discretion and subject to change). Grand Prize package includes economy round-trip air travel (via air carrier selected by WWE) for two (2) from major gateway city airport closest to the Winner's home to the location where prize fulfillment will take place. Trip includes one (1) night hotel accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room, double occupancy at a hotel selected by WWE, round-trip ground transportation from airport to hotel, and round-trip ground transportation from hotel to fulfillment site. Restrictions may apply depending upon Grand Prize Winner's residence and availability to travel. All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, insurance, meals, gratuities, additional spending money, phone calls and mini-bar services are Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. Any unforeseen expenses or costs incurred in connection with the prize that are beyond the control of Sponsor including, but not limited to, additional travel, hotel and airline charges resulting from travel delays, modifications and cancellations, are the sole responsibility of winner. Grand Prize is non-transferable.

5. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) OF GRAND PRIZE: $3,000 (Actual value will depend on Grand Prize Winner's point of departure and airfare fluctuations). The total ARV of all prizes awarded is $3,000.

6. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. REQUIREMENTS OF WINNER AND GUEST: Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel when required by Sponsor, or Grand Prize Winner will forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected. If the alternate Grand Prize Winner does not reply to notification prior to the event, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and no Grand Prize will be awarded. If winner is a minor in his or her jurisdiction of primary residence, the winner must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or, provided that the winner's parent or legal guardian has both executed an authorization form giving their consent and signed an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release on behalf of the winner, by a guest who is at least twenty-one years of age. Winners may be accompanied by guests who are under the age of twenty-one provided that (a) the winner is at least twenty-one years old; and (b) the parent or legal guardian of the guest has both executed an authorization form giving their consent and signed a liability/publicity release on behalf of the guest. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of age, parenthood or guardianship, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof provided is not satisfactory.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person they believe has intentionally violated these Rules. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use a winner's name and hometown on Sponsor's websites and to use a winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes subject to all Federal, state and local laws. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All Federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Sweepstakes materials are void if they contain printing, mechanical or other errors. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced entries allowed. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due, misdirected or mutilated entries. "Releasees" (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software transmissions or technical failures, incomplete, delayed or garbled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, human or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer or other problem corrupt the administration, security or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action requiring modification. If Sponsor determines that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes, of if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries that appear to have been submitted fraudulently or to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants release Sponsor, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Revolution Studios Distribution Company LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, agents and all others associated with the development or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or the receipt, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof (including activity or travel related thereto), including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes.

11. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized e-mail account holder, which is defined for these Rules as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by United States law. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by United States law and may be brought only in a Federal or state court in Connecticut. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
