1. HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at http://sponsors.wwe.com/axe/index.html by filling out the online entry form and clicking "enter". Online entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. (ET) on June 22, 2004, when Sweepstakes begins, and no later than 11:59 p.m. (ET) on July 8, 2004 when Sweepstakes ends. Only one entry per person, per unique e-mail address.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), who are twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees and their immediate families (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. ("WWE"), Unilever, their affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes' development or execution. Entrants must have Internet access as of June 22, 2004.

3. SELECTION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One potential Grand Prize Winner shall be selected at random from all eligible entries, on or about July 9, 2004 by WWE whose Decision is final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes. If a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached or does not respond within two (2) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as declined, unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified. In the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to the AXE Dark Party on Thursday, July 22, 2004 in New York, NY with two (2) WWE Superstars (identity of Superstars subject to WWE's sole discretion). Grand Prize package includes economy round-trip air travel (via air carrier selected by Sponsor) for two (2) from major gateway city airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner's home to the city in which the prize fulfillment takes place, round-trip ground transportation from airport to hotel, round-trip ground transportation for prize fulfillment, and one (1) night hotel accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room, double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Restrictions may apply depending upon Grand Prize Winner's residence and availability to travel. All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, insurance, meals, gratuities, additional spending money, phone calls and mini-bar services are Grand Prize Winner's responsibility.

5. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE : APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) OF GRAND PRIZE: $3,000 (actual value of Grand Prize will depend on Grand Prize Winner's airport city of departure).

6. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. REQUIREMENTS OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND GUEST: Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel when required by Sponsor, or Grand Prize Winner will forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected. If the alternate Grand Prize Winner does not reply to notification prior to the event, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and no Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner must be accompanied by a guest who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of age, parenthood or guardianship, and a Grand Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize if Sponsor, in their sole discretion, finds that the proof provided is not satisfactory.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Grand Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of comparable or greater value in their sole discretion. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Grand Prize Winner's name and hometown on Sponsor websites and to use Grand Prize Winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation, an unlimited number of times, worldwide (including on the Internet), and in perpetuity.

9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes subject to all Federal, state and local laws. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All Federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Sweepstakes materials are void if they contain printing, mechanical or other errors. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced entries allowed. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due, misdirected or mutilated entries. "Releasees" (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software transmissions or technical failures, incomplete, delayed or garbled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, human or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer or other problem corrupt the administration, security or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to award Grand Prize from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action requiring modification. If Sponsor determines that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes, of if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries that appear to have been submitted fraudulently or to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants and Grand Prize Winner, and any guests of Grand Prize Winner release Sponsor and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, agents and all others associated with the development or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or the receipt, use or misuse of Grand Prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with these Sweepstakes.
